The Role

Are you an experienced Product Manager with a passion for delivering tailored customer experiences? This could be the role for you! We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join us within H&B&Me as we embark on our journey to revolutionize health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor key metrics against objectives to evaluate the success and impact of the product, individual features and experiments.
  • Use customer insights and data to continually iterate and improve the app experience to meet the needs of users focused on health and wellness outcomes.
  • Define and prioritise product requirements, creating detailed user stories and product specifications.
  • Prioritise your product backlog based on user feedback, business goals, and technical considerations to ensure timely and impactful releases.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and data teams to translate requirements into actionable product plans, user interfaces, and prototypes.
  • Drive agile development methodologies, coordinating sprints, and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to diagnostics testing and wellness solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to release and post-launch analysis.

The Person

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in customer-centric product development focused on behavioral change and mobile app development.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in digital behavioural interventions or the wellness/healthcare industry.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments, particularly within the health tech start-up ecosystem.
  • Strong passion for health and wellness, with a track record of using data to define clear product requirements and accelerate time to market.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Proven experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Miro, alongside a successful history of launching consumer-facing products in the wellness or healthcare sectors.
