Internal Sales Executive / Representative with previous experience in a similar role, who has excellent communication and customer service skills is required for well-established manufacturing company based in Birmingham, West Midlands.
SALARY: £33,000 OTE (includes a Basic Salary up to £28,000 per annum)
BENEFITS: 22 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and company pension
LOCATION: Birmingham, West Midlands (B11) - 100% Office Based

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive / Representative with previous experience in a similar role, who has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working as the Internal Sales Executive / Representative you will be working alongside sales / estimating team by taking a proactive approach to selling the company's full range of equipment with the view to progress into an external sales representative role.
As the Internal Sales Executive / Representative you will be responsible for producing quotations, identify sales opportunities and raising sales orders.

DUTIES
Your duties as an Internal Sales Executive / Representative will include:
- Sell company products to current customers
- Produce own quotations
- Follow up quotations to secure order, gain feedback
- Identify / generate & develop new sales/ leads, upon which commission will be paid with any new orders generated,
- Raise sales orders, ensuring attention to detail
- Liaise with production and site to contract manage own projects
- Ensure a healthy & happy customer relationship is maintained
- Support the wider team with ad hoc admin duties where required
