Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

Location: Flexible / hybrid working from their London Office

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate closely with our EU Finance team in the implementation of Microsoft Business Central ERP across our European businesses. This role will be key in managing, organizing, and harmonizing master data from various systems, while also establishing data governance frameworks to ensure ongoing accuracy and maintenance of data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing systems to extract source data, preparing it for migration.
  • Carry out the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of legacy data into the new ERP system.
  • Identify and recommend efficient methods for data collection, cleansing, and upkeep.
  • Create guidance for data migration, including pre-configured templates to streamline data collection.
  • Update and prepare documentation to support data migration activities.
  • Cleanse and align master data across multiple European entities.
  • Oversee master data (e.g., vendors, customers) within Microsoft Business Central.

  • Stakeholder Management - Experience in cultivating and maintaining key relationships across IT and the business.
  • Proven Expertise - Solid experience in master data management, ideally within an ERP setting.
  • Attention to Detail - Strong analytical abilities, with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Governance & Organization - Understanding of data governance, and experience supporting the development of policies and organizational frameworks for MDM.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with finance systems.
  • Experience working with Microsoft ERP / Business Central.
  • Relevant certifications in data management (e.g., CDMP, MDM).
