Red Recruitment is recruiting an Account Manager to join our client who supports over 70,000 organisations with their services across the UK and Ireland. The salary for this position is up to £26,000 per annum and is located in Manchester.

  • Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum + £10,000 Performance Related Bonus + OTE £45,000 (uncapped)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager:

  • Managing client relationships to ensure that targets are achieved for contract retention levels and renewal of premiums issued
  • Delivering consultancy services to clients regarding product options specialist services such as onsite training and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
  • Maintaining the highest standard of customer service and support to the sales and bid team
  • Developing and nurturing your accounts to ensure client understanding and providing support with promotion through effective communication
  • Maintaining personal statistical renewal reports on a daily basis, highlighting at-risk clients and further opportunities

Key Skills and Experience of an Account Manager:

  • Experience in customer service is required
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Proven track record of working to KPIs
  • Customer service focused with the commitment to providing exceptional service
  • A full UK driving license is desirable
