At Cranstoun, we are always in search of talented and experienced individuals to join our team. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the service's management team.

We are looking for a competent team leader to lead an operational team of administrators, including apprentices to deliver a safe, effective and inspiring service.

You will be responsible to provide a comprehensive and efficient data reporting and analysis support service to the Sutton Inspire Drug and Alcohol Service (Adult and YP).

You will deliver accurate data analysis and reporting, disseminating information as agreed and directed, including for submission to commissioners or national databases. Leading on any data management projects linked to the development and delivery of the Cranstoun Sutton services. This will be to established deadlines and you will need to be able to respond to adhoc reporting requests in a timely manner. The supply of data, information and analysis must be accurate, as it will be used to influence strategic and operational service delivery and contribute to the maintaining the organisation's reputation for delivering effective outcomes.

You will be responsible for overseeing all administrative processes within the admin team, including, but not limited to, reception, referrals, discharges and the batch prescribing process. You will be required to print scripts in the absence of the prescribing administrator.

Education and Experience

  • Qualification or demonstrable experience around data analysis.
  • Management experience or the ability to demonstrate sufficient competence or experience in relevant roles.
  • Demonstrable skills and experience of working with people from a range of social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to deliver a high quality service and to ensure work is completed to target deadlines and using initiative.
  • Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines while producing high quality data analysis and accurate reporting.
  • Experience or ability to provide training and lead on action planning.

The services operate core hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. They also offer additional service hours on some days between 8am - 9am and 5 - 8pm.
