We are seeking a dedicated Resourcer to join our highly successful Legal division.
As a Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants by identifying and engaging top talent for our clients. Using a variety of sourcing methods, you will find suitable candidates and present them with the exciting opportunities we offer, aligning their skills and aspirations with the requirements of the roles.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Day to day your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Taking on full and detailed job briefs from your consultant
- Searching for suitable candidates on various platforms
- Phoning candidates and matching them to jobs, upwards of 100 calls a week
- Creating enticing email campaigns to be sent to multiple candidates
- Recording video messages to be sent to candidates, upwards of 15 a week
- Meeting with candidates via video calls to discuss their job search
- Coaching candidates for interviews
- Using online databases, job boards and networking platforms
To be successful in this position, you will:
- Be energetic and positive in your approach
- Be goal orientated
- Be able to follow instruction
- Feel comfortable making outbound calls to candidates
- Feel comfortable recording video messages to be sent to candidates
- Have a confident and articulate communication style, both written and spoken
- Be a team player as well as being confident to work independently
- Have the confidence to ask lots of questions to get a good understanding of both the roles you are working on and the candidates suitability
- Have the ability to multi-task and re-priorities duties throughout the day
- Not be scared to think outside the box
- Have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: 9am-5:30pm Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm Friday
