Job Title: FLT Driver / Production Serviceman
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Duration: 6+ months
Shifts: Mornings, Afters & Nights (Rotating)
We are currently recruiting for a Production Serviceman that holds a valid FLT Licence for an ongoing contract based in Loughborough.
To ensure continuity of production materials and general housekeeping duties within all areas. You will provide indirect labour to transformer production winding, transformer assembly, final assembly and internal transport of consumable materials and transformer parts.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve level of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the Production facility.
- Movement of materials & parts between areas, including oven process.
- Operation of overhead cranes, ride on pallet truck, and fork-lift truck.
Shifts:
- Mornings - 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday, 07:00 to 13:00 Friday
- Afternoons - 16:00 to 01:00 Monday to Thursday, 12:00 to 18:00 Friday
- Nights - 21:15 to 07:00 Monday to Thursday
Pay Rates:
- Basic - £17.48 PAYE, £23.00 UMB (Includes 22% shift premium)
- Overtime - £19.06 PAYE, £25.14 UMB
- Saturday - £21.50 PAYE, £28.44 UMB
- Sunday - £28.66 PAYE, £38.14 UMB
Qualifications:
- Forklift truck licence B1.
Skills:
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Desirable Experience:
- Overhead crane, slinging & lifting experience.
- Previous exposure to manufacturing/engineering environment.
