About the Role:
Tempest Resourcing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher for a thriving secondary school in Redbridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical background, excellent classroom management skills, and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
As a Maths Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to ensure continuous development.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to foster a positive learning environment.
- Support students of varying abilities, including those with special educational needs (SEN) and high-achievers.
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to promote student success.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary school level (KS3/KS4).
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for education and student success.
