Secondary school experienced HR Manager required - Immediate start - Hackney
Are you a HR professional with experience working within a Secondary school?
Tradewind are working with a secondary school in Hackney that requires an HR Manager for an immediate start. The school requires someone initially for 2 weeks but is likely to continue, initially for 2 weeks blocks at a time.
The school require someone with secondary school experience in an HR function and who has experience of leading a small team. CIPD qualification would be most welcome.
The salary for this role is likely to be £150+ per day, depending on experience.
You will be:
- Using SIMS to record data
- Managing a small HR Team and working alongside the Office and Business Manager.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience of working in a HR position in a school (essential)
- A passion for working within an education environment
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
The school is located in Hackney, with excellent access to public transport links. There is very limited parking at the school.
