Description

  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Prepare detailed reports that highlight findings to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to establish and meet data-related objectives
  • Implement innovative BI tools and systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect and direct data requirements
  • Enhance data collection procedures to include relevant data for analysis
  • Protect data integrity and keep sensitive company information confidential

Profile

A successful Graduate BI Analyst should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data mining, SQL, and BI tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy
