Robert Half Financial Services division have partnered with an Asset Management firm who are looking for a fluently French Speaking senior Finance professional to join their business for a maternity cover - this role will be initially 8 months. The role is title Head of Corporate Finance
Their office is based in the Mayfair and they are big on collaboration so they work on a 5 day in office working model.
The salary band for this role 95-105k
The role sits within their corporate finance team with 3 direct reports, reporting directly to the CFO. They are ideally looking for someone to start in August to complete a comprehensive handover so if you are currently on a short notice or due to finish your contract soon please do reach out.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly review of Management Accounts
- Monitoring of Assets and Liabilities for Investments
- Signatory of bank accounts
- Lead the quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
- Interim and Year End prep of statutory accounts
- Regulatory reporting
- Oversight of 3 corporate accountants
What we need:
- Qualified Accountant - ACA/CIMA/ACCA
- Fluent in French - written and spoken
- Knowledge of Corporate Accounting and Tax standards of French businesses
- Financial Services experience - specifically Private Debt or Asset Management
- Extensive experience with IFRS standards
- Netsuite - nice to have
