**Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain and update school records, databases, and files as required.
- Support the school's administrative functions, including handling deliveries, mail distribution, and appointments.
- Assist with various school events and activities, ensuring excellent service and communication.
- Uphold the school's safeguarding policies by monitoring access and visitor management.
**Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
