Role Overview:
Manage and negotiate international contracts, prepare cost/price proposals, and ensure compliance with international and US federal laws. Support business development and program management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review RFPs and support proposal development.
- Draft and negotiate international contracts.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Provide cross-functional support on contracts.
- Maintain knowledge of international and US federal contracting rules.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
