They are dedicated to preserving and exemplifying the beautiful surroundings of their projects including on conservation and listed buildings. They are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their friendly team in Leeds.
The successful Architectural Technician will have post qualification experience working on residential and commercial projects being well versed in Revit and AutoCAD as well as strong technical abilities.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect/ Architectural Technologist:
- Ideally on track for CIAT accreditation
- Degree or HND/ HNC in Architectural Technology or related subject
- Several years of post qualification post qualification experience
- Attentiveness to detail
- Experience in job running is desired
- Proven knowledge working on residential and commercial projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally a desire to work on conservation projects
- Ability to coordinate measured surveys
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong design and technical detailing
- Comprehensive understanding of building contracts and contract administration
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident liaising with authorities, building consultants, clients and other professionals
- Be a driven, ambitious and creatively minded individual
- Willingness to travel within the UK
- Positive and motivated attitude
- Easily to commutable to Leeds
- Full clean UK license
