Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Business Partner with a well known organisation based in Swindon on a permanent basis. This role would suit a qualified accountant with experience of working in a commercial role managing stakeholder relationships, and/or in an FP&A capacity.
The role
The Finance Business Partner will work closely with non-finance stakeholders to manage and create budgets, and manage costs and overheads. Strong working knowledge of excel is required to create financial models as you will be deep diving into large data sets. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Financial analysis with commentary.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Supporting with decision making.
- Partnering with non-finance stakeholders including operations, IT and HR.
- Financial modelling.
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following skills/attributes:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE.
- Strong working knowledge of excel including financial modelling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience of working in a commercial finance role.
- Large business experience.
Package:
- £60,000 - £68,000 base salary.
