My large client in the utilities sector is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join them on an 18 month contract basis to assist with their digital transformation programme which will involve process design and mapping workshops, capturing and documenting business processes and creating the Process Taxonomoy for their different delivery areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating process design and mapping workshops
- Capturing and documenting business processes, workflows, and system interactions
- Creating and maintaining the Process Taxonomy for each delivery area
- Identifying and documenting process improvement opportunities
Skills that would make you successful in this role:
- Knowledge of Process Design and Improvement including process artefacts such as taxonomies and maps
- A business analysis qualification (IIBA, BCS or similar)
- Data analysis experience
- Knowledge of Change management approaches
- Workshop facilitation and people management
