LinkedIn put out a report about why people leave jobs.
The top 5 things people leave and therefore look for?
Well, one was money, obviously. One was greater flexibility about where you work and when. The other three were all variations on "To learn and grow".
Their conclusion? "People who aren't learning will leave".
And that sums things up for you. You don't mind your job or your company. But what comes next? Where can your career go? Or is it "same old, same old"?

You'll be an administrator for a financial planning firm where you'll process new business and prepare client meeting packs.
