The Opportunity
We're seeking an accomplished Sales & Lettings Director to join this ambitious estate agency at a pivotal time in their growth journey. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership and operational management of both sales and lettings divisions
- Development and implementation of business growth strategies
- Financial planning and performance monitoring
- Team leadership, including recruitment, training, and professional development
- Driving market share growth through innovative marketing and business development initiatives
- Maintaining exceptional service standards and compliance with industry regulations
- Conducting high-value market appraisals
- Contributing to budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Implementation of training programmes across all departments
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- Proven track record in estate agency management, encompassing both sales and lettings
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Outstanding leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Leicester property market
- Experience in financial management and operational compliance
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Propertymark Level 3 or 4 qualification (preferred but not essential)
