Job Title: Field Based Electronics Technician
Location: Derby
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
Start Date: ASAP

Our client
Our client is a rapidly growing technology company that operates in the railway industry, they specialise in providing innovative on-train systems which are leading the way to developing improved railway maintenance activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Installation of on-train systems
- Maintenance of installed on-train systems
- Producing installation methods instructions
- Hardware Testing
- Electronic configurations
- Systems testing, including but not limited to using Oscilloscopes, Flukes, Meggers.
- Liaising with customers on product feedback to maintain continued levels of excellence
General requirements:
- HNC in Electronic Engineering
- Mechanical or electrical installation experience
- Experience in electronic diagnostic and repairs
- UK Driving license
- Happy with traveling and staying away
- Basic understanding of Linux would be beneficial
