Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Salary: Up to £50,000

Location: Canterbury

An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a leading law firm based in Kent. We are seeking a highly motivated and career driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy Property team. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly reputable team while being given the framework to develop your own career.

Duties include:

  • Running your own transactions day to day, whilst also assisting with the team's property development caseload
  • Acting for developers, occupiers, high net-worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers
  • Developing and growing our commercial client offering
  • Contracts subject to planning
  • Sales and Purchases
  • Asset Sales and Purchases
  • Overages and Options
  • Commercial Lending
  • Leases – Granting and Assignment

The successful candidate will have:

  • Atleast 2 years experience as Commercial Property Solicitor
  • Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Package:

  • Up to £50,000
