Trinity House Group are excited to be supporting a highly acquisitive Private Equity backed business based in the East Midlands to recruit a talented FP&A Manager.
The business has an outstanding leadership team who promote collaboration & inclusivity, and with succession planning in mind, are keen to identify a future Senior Leader who will enjoy taking full ownership of this division and progress internally to a Director level position.
This is a highly commercial position partnering Senior Operations stakeholders Director & C Suite stakeholders so gravitas & excellent communication skills are a must. You'll be the type of person who likes a challenge, can influence change and "make things happen" in a fast-paced growing business.
The role:
- Provide key insight and analysis to support strategic business decision making for the division
- Main Business Partner to Senior Operational Stakeholders, C-Suite & other senior stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and execution of the long-term strategy of the business
- Ensure robust deliver of monthly financial reporting, decision support and investment appraisal of key strategic initiatives
- Delivery of annual & quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and five-year planning cycles
- Drive value add projects & identify new opportunities
- Develop, implement and work with BI, planning tools and dashboard reports.
You will be / have :
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA with industry experience)
- The ability to challenge and influence Director level stakeholders
- Excellent Excel & modeling ability
- A highly effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
