Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Until 31st October 2025
Location: Lincoln, LN1
**Key Responsibilities
:
- Answer and log inbound calls professionally (using Salesforce)
- Build strong internal and external customer relationships
- Resolve complaints promptly, supporting customer retention
- Assist credit control in resolving account queries
- Support driver debrief process and record actions in Salesforce
- Raise purchase orders and maintain records
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures
- Undertake other duties and training as required
**Essential Skills & Attributes

- Numerate and confident using PCs
- Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- High attention to detail
