Due to their on-going success, we now have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Poised for significant growth in 2024, we are looking for a dynamic BDM to embrace our clients' obsession with customer acquisition and help deliver the next chapter in their story.
- You will take responsibility for bringing on new business on the hosted portfolio of products. You will be working within a knowledgeable team environment and be required to gel well with other tremendously driven individuals to deliver on sales targets on your own and as part of a team.
- This role will suit an individual who goes the extra mile and who is determined to make a difference and be known. If you are interested in applying for this role, you will need to have proven track record in sales of hosted products.
- Being responsible for managing your pipeline and using a CRM package
- Being responsible for generating appointments through referrals / calling data/ booking own leads & sitting appointments booked for you from our Telesales team.
- Delivering on performance in line with your KPI's
- Identify, cross sell, and up sell other products in the product portfolio.
- Presenting your business on a weekly basis to management

- Minimum 2 years sales experience of hosted products in telecoms (phone systems)
- The confidence and strong rapport building skills to be able to skilfully represent the company.
- You'll be a Team Spirited person, who collaborates well with others and shares ideas.
- You must have pride in your work and be as quality obsessed as the rest of the team!
- Proven practise in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs.
- You will need to have a Full UK Driving Licence
- Results driven, always striving for more and being rewarded for doing so.
- A tenacious attitude with a desire to deliver over and above the customers' expectations.
- Animated personality, who engages 3rd parties in a professional and proficient manner.
- Providing confident advice to customers
- Business acumen with a keen eye for development opportunities, skilled at time management and workload prioritisation
What's on offer?
- £40k - £50k Salary
- OTE of £80k - £100k uncapped
- £4k Car Allowance
- Remote / Working from home
- No Weekends or Bank Holidays.
- 4:30pm Finish Monday - Thursday, 4pm Finish every Friday.
