Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced warehouse operative for an agricultural supplies company based in Cardigan.
Pay:
£11.44 per hour.
£11.94 per hour after 40 hours
Hours of work:
08:30 - 17:00 - Monday to Friday
09:00 - 12:00 - Saturdays on a rota basis.
Responsibilities:
- Picking orders, recording and checking stock, collating paperwork, yard picking
- Loading customers orders directly into their vehicles and preparing orders to be delivered
- Operating a forklift truck whilst adhering to requisite Health and Safety standards
- Placing all incoming goods in an organised and efficient manner, and identifying stock anomalies and taking appropriate action
- Participating in any duties in the interests of Health & Safety, including COSHH compliance, Spillage clean-up, and safe manual handling
- Dealing with customers face to face in a professional manner
The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience;
- Customer Service
- Manual Handling
- Good organisational skills
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- An in-date FLT counterbalance is essential
