Our client is looking for a Fulfilment Coordinator to join their expanding team in Hayes.
Job Spec:
It's a role within an office within the warehouse very hands on fulfilling documents
You will be stood at a desk scanning , checking packing , labelling documents
- Processing and fulfilment of highly sensitive packages in readiness for transport
- Upholding incredibly high security protocols
- Proactive customer service
- Data entry using internal and external internet based system
- Dealing with enquires from overseas and UK based customers
Requirements:
- Ideally previous experience with Government defence and specialised movement based accounts
- Must have a full 5 year checkable work history with no more than 28 days gap
- DBS
- Experience with data entry, PC and web based IT applications including MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work unsupervised to complete assigned department and customer tasks
- Team player (essential)
- Ability to work and meet tight deadlines
Hours
Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630
Salary
£13.22 per hour
