Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Plc.

An outstanding new opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to join a highly successful SJP Senior Partner Practice.
The existing team are friendly, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude to work/life balance.

You will be managing the operational needs of this busy practice you may be a Senior Administrator looking for the next step, or an experienced Practice Manager looking to further develop your skills and knowledge.

The Role: Practice Manager

  • Reporting to the Partner, your role will encompass all operational aspects of the business
  • You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries, as well as meeting and greeting at the office
  • Providing outstanding client service will be of upmost importance to you, and you will ensure the seamless process from initial enquiry to completion of the advice process is delivered at all times
  • Supporting the admin team to ensure business processes are adhered to, tracked efficiently and in line with Practice and regulatory standards
  • You will oversee new Consumer Duty requirements to ensure client review meetings are scheduled and recorded appropriately
  • Coordinating with the paraplanners, assigning tasks to ensure all cases are actioned within specific timeframes
  • You will also be responsible for diary management for the Partner

There is scope for this role to progress within the business.

The Person: Practice Manager

  • You will have experience of working with SJP, or a relevant Financial Services business, such as an IFA
  • You will have an understanding of Investments, Pensions, and other financial planning products
  • You enjoy working as part of a team, with a 'hands on' to ensure the business always runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will have a good understanding of how you can add value to this business
  • You are used to using IT systems and have used Salesforce
  • You will be a confident professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
  • You have common sense, influencing skills and enjoy problem solving
