Monitoring and organisation of the inbox
Respond to customers requesting copy invoices or statements
Saving of remittances
Attaching required data to customer accounts
Addressing basic customer queries
New customer account creation in SAP
New customer locations creation in SAP
Processing of statement run
Monthly creation of stop list and communication to customer
Monitoring of customers using portals – completion of uploads required
Processing of required customer refunds following the applicable approval process
Support with credit control – contacting customers to chase outstanding debt
Assist flow of communication on queries with customers when credits have been raised
