Role Overview:
- Position: Band 6 Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Department: Spinal Therapy
- Focus: Delivering specialized therapy services to spinal patients
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy to patients with spinal conditions.
- Assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about spinal health and rehabilitation strategies.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy (BSc or equivalent).
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience working with spinal patients.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience in a spinal therapy setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
