Office Administrator - Service Coordinator (initially a 4 mth FTC)
Looking for an experienced Office Administrator, able to start ASAP for a client in Harlow.
This role is to cover an internal secondment in the administration team that coordinate work for the field based Engineers.
The initial offer is a 4 month fixed term contract, this is likely to become a full time permanent job.
This role is full time office based (there is no home working option) Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
Salary is £26000 per annum.
Applicants for this role require:
- previous office administration experience including use of Excel and Outlook.
- excellent communication skills both phone and e-mail
Duties:
- Accepting incoming new-job requests via phone or email
- Liaising with Engineers & Project Managers
- Calling customers to book appointments and raising job-sheets
- Data entry onto relevant excel spreadsheets
- Answering emails and phone call queries relating to all aspects of client's requirements
- Assisting with any other admin tasks, as required
