Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Media Producer - AV Specialist and Motion Graphics Content Creator to join our passionate and driven team based at our Ipswich office.

The Videographer - AV Specialist, and Motion Graphics Content Creator is an integral part of the OCS Marketing Communications (MarComms) team, playing a crucial role in shaping our visual and digital narratives. This role demands creativity and a dynamic approach to storytelling through various multimedia formats. The specialist will produce high-quality video content that reflects the ethos and values of OCS, supporting both external marketing campaigns and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit content for various platforms, including social media, corporate websites, and internal channels.
  • Audio-Visual Expertise: Handle all aspects of AV production, from setup to operation and troubleshooting.
  • Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce engaging graphics and animations that enhance video content and presentations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and external teams to develop concepts and execute visions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all video and graphic content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and ethos.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest video production and graphic design trends, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and technologies into our workflow.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Proven experience as a Videographer and Motion Graphics Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing professional videography, video editing, and graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and graphic design tools.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and an eye for visual composition.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
