Administrator

We are recruiting an Administrator for a 12 month maternity contract! For the right person there is a very strong possibly the role will go permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Sales Administrator within an ever-evolving team, based in Lye, Stourbridge.

The main duties will be :

  • Processing sales order on the system
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
  • Administrative tasks to be completed accurately and on time
  • Maintaining in house contracts
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Collecting and entering data into internal databases.
  • Maintaining accurate records of company information
  • Deal with customer queries as appropriate.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Proven sales order processing experience
  • Experience with MS Office programmes
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

In return the company will provide full product training, attractive working hours, 8.30am -5.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 15.00pm Friday.
