What You'll Be Doing:

Full 360 Recruitment
– From winning new business to placing top talent in Accountancy & Finance roles across Kent and beyond.
??
Client Engagement
– Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing bespoke solutions.
??
Candidate Sourcing
– Attract and nurture high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels.
??
Negotiation & Closing
– Secure the best outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
What We're Looking For:
? Previous recruitment experience, n Accountancy & Finance is essential
? A natural ability to build relationships, win business, and close deals.
? A driven and ambitious mindset – you love smashing targets!
? Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own desk.
