We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mortgage qualification team, helping clients understand their affordability and options for owning a home, and supporting them through the start of their home buying journey.
For the right candidate this role has scope for future progression within the mortgage industry and mortgage advice
Who are we looking for?
- You have current experience of working in amortgage qualification, estate agency or relevant banking environment and a proven ability to achieve targets
- Passionate about providing a great customer experience
- Great communication skills
- Positive, professional telephone manner
- Highly organised with strong time management
What you will be doing:
- You will be speaking to potential customers on the phone and undertaking an initial mortgage qualification fact find.
- Helping clients understand their affordability and options.
- Researching different mortgage lenders criteria and schemes and obtaining an Agreement in Principle
- Staying in contact with clients at the start of their home buying journey
- Providing feedback to both our developers and our clients
- Taking part in regular 121s and training sessions
What we are offering:
- Basic salary: £27,500 per year starting salary
- Bonus scheme with OTE up to £35k

Role: Permanent full time ( Office based )
As our clients are viewing properties over the weekends we need to be open 7 days per week so there is a requirement to work 4 weekend days per month and some bank holidays. Lieu days are given when weekend days are worked.
