The Role
This is an exceptional Service Manager role, working for a well-established managed print and service provider.
The Service Manager and Photocopier Engineer will take ownership and be responsible for the installation and connectivity of Sharp Photocopier MFPs at customer sites. This will include installation, fault finding, networking, maintenance, and repair. Strong IT knowledge is essential, including experience installing print drivers, in both servers and desktop PCs, conversing with windows networks, and SMTP protocol and SMB scanning.

The role is based from their Sheffield office, with regular travel to customer sites for installation and maintenance - as such a full driving licence is essential.

What's Required?
The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
- Experience working as a Photocopier Engineer on the Sharp MX and BP range
- Excellent electrical / mechanical engineering knowledge
- Strong IT knowledge, including experience installing print drivers in both servers and desktop PCs
- Strong knowledge and experience in networking MFD's covering printing and scanning
- Experience with stock ordering of parts & consumables would be a plus
- Prior experience in a customer facing position is a must, with helpdesk/IT support experience setting you ahead!
