Cable Assembler Roles and Responsibilities:
- Wiring of cables & looms to customer specifications
- Assembly of units & PCBs to the required customer and build standard
- Some light mechanical work
- Testing & calibration according to procedures
- Working in an efficient manner
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of quality
The ideal Cable Assembler will:
- Ability to read and understand customer drawings and build instructions
- Experienced in fine soldering and crimping
- Some light mechanical work
- Willingness to learn new jobs
- Ability to use measuring tools to a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work as a team member
