Community Membership Manager
London office 4x days per week after successful probation
Up to £65k + bonus (£10k-£15k bonus opportunity)
Overview:
The Community Membership Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the retention and engagement of all Club Members globally as our client expands its Membership reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Management: Oversee and manage the current and growing global membership, ensuring members are fully aware of opportunities to engage and maximize their membership benefits.
- Community Building: Develop and implement outreach programs and create communities that foster membership engagement.
- Renewals & Targets: Achieve membership renewal targets and manage member retention.
- Support & Networking: Provide support, intelligence, and networking opportunities to members aligned with their objectives.
- Event Management: Organize and manage approximately six half-day membership events annually in Europe.
- Service Provider Liaison: Coordinate with and manage relationships with membership service providers.
- Digital Presence: Oversee website content and manage social media activities in alignment with PR and website campaigns.
- Reporting: Provide weekly updates on membership KPIs and contribute to strategy planning.
- Event Participation: Attend Campden European and Middle Eastern events, representing the organization at a high level.
Accountabilities:
- Innovation & Creativity: Join an established membership organisation in Central London and contribute to its continued growth.
- Member Engagement: Actively engage with members through calls and face-to-face meetings, identifying opportunities for additional services and strengthening relationships.
- Member Connection: Facilitate introductions between members with aligned objectives and provide guidance on events, research, and club developments.
- Account Management: Take ownership of account management and strategy, working closely with the Director.
- Brand Advocacy: Build brand loyalty and advocate for new value propositions for members.
- Marketing Campaigns: Manage and execute regional and global marketing campaigns.
- CRM Utilisation: Proactively use CRM software to manage member details and engagements.
- Budget & Compliance: Adhere to agreed budgets and ensure compliance with best business practices.
- Ambassadorship: Represent as an ambassador at events and in member interactions.
