Are you a skilled engineer with expertise in air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems? My client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team in Leeds and its surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical abilities and contribute to the maintenance and service of a wide range of HVACR equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform diagnostics to identify issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Carry out installations and commissioning of new equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency callouts and breakdowns.
- Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration maintenance.
- Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Commercial Gas Safe registered.
- F-Gas Certification (Category 1) for handling refrigerants.
- PAT Testing qualification preferred but not essential.
- IPAF Trained
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driving license.
