**Production Operative
Location Peterborough
- Job Type: Contract 6 months - Temp to Perm for the right candiate
- Full Time Monday - Friday 7.00 to 4pm
- £28,00 per annum
Due to continued growth, our client based in Peterborough who manufacture specialist commercial vehicles, have an opportunity for Production Operatives to join their knowledgeable team. Possibility of a permanent position after successful trial period.
Responsibilities
- Manual Handling
- Parts assembly based on technical drawings
- Working with bonding agent
- Use of power/air tools, saws, drills
- Work at height to complete the builds when needed
- Compliant with all relevant health and safety requirements
Requirements for the role
- Read and understand written instructions
- Maintaining high standards of quality
- Reliable character with good time keeping
- Mechanical background or experience in a similar role advantageous
