Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted point of contact for quality issues
- Conduct first article and fabrication inspections from first stage to final inspection
- Inspect, oversee, and guarantee that products surpass specified requirements
Essential Skills:
- A solid understanding of AS9100 & AS9102 and a working knowledge of Nadcap are key to success in this role
- Background in conducting first article inspections, ideally within the machining or engineering sector
- Unparalleled attention to detail and a profound understanding of the exacting standards prevalent in the aerospace or similar industry
- Proficient in utilising manufacturing inspection instruments and methods for first article and in-process inspection of precision machined parts
- Demonstrate a proven ability to interpret engineering drawings and quality requirements
