Customer Insight Analyst (12-Month Contract) - Fashion Retail
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week)
Rate: £400 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: 12 months
In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse customer data, optimise marketing campaigns, and drive engagement through data-driven strategies. A key focus will be improving Loyalty programs to increase retention and lifetime value, alongside campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and churn reduction efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loyalty Program Analysis: Lead efforts to analyse and optimise customer loyalty programs, driving long-term customer retention.
- Campaign Performance: Assess and optimise the impact of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Customer Journey: Map and analyse customer journeys to enhance experiences and improve conversion rates.
- A/B Testing: Design and run A/B tests to test and improve marketing strategies.
- Segmentation & Churn: Use segmentation to target the right audiences and develop strategies to reduce churn.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of insight Analysis experience
- Strong experience in loyalty program analysis, campaign analysis, A/B testing, and customer journey analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and CDPs(e.g., Segment).
- Familiar with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or Google Optimise.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
