Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Sudbury, Suffolk
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Working Hours: Thursday - Saturday, 6am - 6pm

Job Description:
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring high-quality output of our products. This is a physically demanding role that requires you to stand on your feet for the entire shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment to produce small products.
- Ensuring products meet the required quality standards.
- Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for long periods (12-hour shifts).
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable with good time management skills.
