Business Support Administrator

  • Salary £23,400 / Working hours Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (37.5 hrs p/w)

We are looking for an experienced and focused Administrator to join our Client's team in the role of Business Support Administrator.

You will provide integral day to day support across the department, across various platforms - both to internal and external contacts. Attention to detail is key in this role, as well as confident working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Processing customer samples requests and sample allocations.
  • Maintenance of the internal database.
  • Accurate updating of pricing and credits
  • Preparation and control of the product recall procedure
  • Processing and logging of all unavailable items and reporting to any relevant people
  • Making any agreed changes to agreements and contracts as directed
  • Running the daily updates to ensure reports are sent out each morning to the relevant teams
  • Liaising with various internal and external contacts - both via email and telephone

This role would suit someone who has a logical approach to problem solving and the ability to see ‘the bigger picture' would be beneficial. Working knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential. Experience working with Excel would be an advantage but not essential - full training is given
