HR & Finance Administrator part time

Michelle Denny Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a local organisation to find them a new HR & Finance Administrator to help support them in their remit of helping the residents of Diss and the surrounding areas.

Although previous knowledge of HR and/or finance would be of great benefit, they mostly need someone with excellent administrative skills and a keen attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doin

  • Administration of the HR system, to include adding and updating staff information, work patterns, expenses, and annual leave
  • Working and liaising with colleagues to provide learning and development administrative, coordination and monitoring for all staff
  • Liaising with management to ensure correct HR processes are followed, ensuring that documentation is completed and filed correctly
  • Recruitment onboarding process administration - advertising, processing applications, coordinating interviews through to onboarding with coordination of inductions
  • Administration of contracts to new staff and monitoring of current contracts
  • Updating and maintaining online information to reflect essential information and legal requirements
  • Organisation, monitoring and input of supplier invoices and expenses into the accounting software and sharing where appropriate
  • Process payments and invoices via finance applications/software online when required
  • Support all financial procedures

In Return

The role is being offered initially as 14 hours per week, however, there is the potential for this to grow to 21 hours if agreeable to all. On this basis, the pay is £12.88ph.
