Manage, motivate and lead a team within a designated area to increase sales and
meet Company' objectives
- Manage Stock levels and make key decisions about SKU levels in each account to
avoid out of stocks
- Monthly Review and influence Sell in with retailers
- Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales with seasonal targeting
- Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate the planning of eventing and switching on
activity
- Manage counter staff through recruiting, monitoring, coaching, reviews and
appraisal and report monthly to Commercial Director on productivity issues
- Complete responsibility of Rights to work administration
- Complete responsibility on Payroll process and administration (overtime,
Commission, bonus, sickness...)
- Deal with staffing issues including recruitment, quarterly reviews, yearly appraisals,
disciplinary meetings

- Training on counter procedures and company induction
- Requesting induction or additional training as required
- Reporting weekly to Commercial Director on turnover from each account and
feedback
- Identifying floor behaviours and trends
- Regular meetings with DM's for updates and information
- Initiate changes to VM where necessary
- Review all databases to ensure all material is GDPR compliant
- Initiate all possible ways to create other areas to promote the brand
- Attend 6 weekly reviews regarding each account results with Commercial Director
- Ensure all paperwork and administration are sent and received in a timely manner
for the area
- All counter rotas reviewed then authorised monthly and amended in accordance to
needs of business

- Monthly review of all NSV budgets and stock holding of same
- Implement Company Marketing strategy
- All GWP, initiatives and activities switched on by Marketing to be reviewed and
results reported as and when required
- Conduct quarterly refresher training for your area
- Manage and participate to quarterly out of stores event to recruit new customers
Any other duties deemed necessary by management
