Building Manager (PRS)
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £40,000
Position Overview:
One of our established clients are seeking a motivated and experienced Building Manager to oversee the management of a PRS designated building, acting as the main contact for clients and tenants, ensuring high service standards in line with company policies and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
- Oversee contractor work and manage maintenance.
- Prepare and manage budgets; assist with annual accounts.
- Ensure insurance coverage and handle claims.
- Organize and document client and resident meetings.
- Address lease breaches and enforce terms.
- Obtain quotes, appoint contractors, and manage projects.
- Respond promptly to tenant and client complaints.
Qualifications:
- Proven property management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and financial skills.
- Proficiency with property management software.
- Ability to build positive client and tenant relationships.
