We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our fast paced, growing and dynamic business. For this role, you will have excellent communication skills, alongside a strong willingness to get stuck in with various projects in the office.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, this fast paced and rewarding role is responsible for supporting the senior team across all aspects of their business. We are seeking a driven individual, ideally with existing admin or receptionist experience, and a strong desire to learn and gain exposure to the renewable energy sector. This is a varied and engaging role where you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and expand your knowledge.

Based at the head office in Battersea, this is a busy yet rewarding role where you will work across a variety of areas within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support for the CEO
  • Co-ordinating diaries, scheduling and administration for regular management meetings, including notetaking and action trackers
  • Diary management
  • Email management
  • Manage and organise daily schedules, business appointments, meetings, functions, etc.
  • Ad hoc personal tasks when required
  • Monitoring all correspondence and ensuring deadlines aren't missed
  • Maintaining accurate and organised documentation

About You:

  • Ideally you have experience in admin/office based role
  • Be highly organised with a friendly and professional approach
  • Strong organisational, prioritising and deadline management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to think strategically
  • Ability to be well-organised and efficient
  • Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • A team player
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to be hands-on when necessary
