Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You will be assessing patients' mental health conditions, including their medical history, current symptoms, and any contributing factors.

Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement, Provide therapeutic interventions
Developing individualised care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. This may include medication management, therapy, and other interventions.

Administering medications as prescribed by psychiatrists or other healthcare providers, and monitoring patients for any side effects or adverse reactions, Responding promptly to crises or emergencies, such as suicidal ideation or aggressive behaviour, and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.

Requirements

A BSc (Hons) degree in mental health nursing.

Experience: 1+ years working as an RMN within the UK.
Up to date DBS and NMC registration.

Ability to commute to and from work independently.

Up-to-date DBS check

Up-to-date Mandatory skills for Health Training

NMC registration
Right to work in the UK
6 months post-qualifying experience, specific to role, within the UK in the last 2 years
Up-to-date DBS check
Proof of immunisations (Hepatitis B, Rubella, Varicella, TB, and Measles)
Up-to-date Mandatory skills for Health Training
