This role is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of PPC and Social Media channels and play a crucial part in our growth. As a revenue-generating position, the successful candidate will be measured on the additional revenue generated through their efforts. Key responsibilites:
- Optimise existing Google PPC campaigns to drive revenue and launch new campaigns to support business growth both domestically and internationally.
- Manage increasing budgets to ensure effective ROI and conduct market reviews to keep keywords up-to-date.
- Oversee Meta campaigns with significant budgets focused on conversion and explore new social channels like TikTok, crafting content to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on all content to improve conversion rates.
- Take over Amazon PPC processes from an outgoing agency, manage existing campaigns for growth, and explore new tools to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the team on various marketing activities, including affiliate marketing, customer service, commercial outreach, and graphic design.
Person Specification:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in PPC channels (Google, Social Media, Amazon) within an e-commerce environment; exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered.
- A keen eye for design, which should be demonstrable during the interview process.
- Commitment to the long-term success of the business and the ability to work effectively in a small, agile team with a flat structure.
