We are partnering with a national Training Provider who are looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach to deliver the Level 7 Senior Professional standard to Senior Managers specialising in People Management. This apprenticeship is tailored for professionals in senior HR and people management roles, including:
- Head of HR / Learning & Development / Organisational Design
- Employee Experience Manager
- Head of People Operations
- People/Change Manager
- Senior HR/L&D/OD Consultant
Key Responsibilities of the HR Apprenticeship Trainer and Skills Coach:
- Delivering high-quality training and coaching sessions remotely to senior professionals enrolled in the Level 7 Senior Professional Apprenticeship.
- Providing guidance and support to apprentices throughout their learning journey, ensuring they meet all apprenticeship standards
- Tailoring learning experiences to individual apprentice needs and learning styles.
- Monitoring and assessing apprentice progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
Requirements of the HR Apprenticeship Trainer and Skills Coach:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
- Vocational competence and extensive experience working in management within Human Resources, People, or Learning and Development.
- Proven ability to engage and inspire senior professionals through effective training and coaching.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage remote delivery effectively.
- It would be desirable for the candidate to hold a recognised Teachers and Assessors Award, alongside previous experience in delivering Apprenticeship standards in HR and Coaching
