We are now looking for a motivated apprentice to join our team in Glasgow.
Responsibilities:
- Providing general first line network support to users throughout the UK
- Assisting with administering systems including Active Directory, Office 365 and cloud applications
- Rolling out new laptops via Intune
- User account creation
- Printer administration
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
Desirable skills:
- Good knowledge of general IT
- Good problem solving techniques
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with a wide variety of people
- Good organisational skills with the ability to remain calm during busy periods and meet tight deadlines
- Good team-player with a flexible approach to work activities
Salary:
£16,000 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
