IT Support Apprentice

We are now looking for a motivated apprentice to join our team in Glasgow.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing general first line network support to users throughout the UK
  • Assisting with administering systems including Active Directory, Office 365 and cloud applications
  • Rolling out new laptops via Intune
  • User account creation
  • Printer administration
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently

Desirable skills:

  • Good knowledge of general IT
  • Good problem solving techniques
  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with a wide variety of people
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to remain calm during busy periods and meet tight deadlines
  • Good team-player with a flexible approach to work activities

Salary:

£16,000 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
